The 5 years old Grace is kneeling by the bed praying to his Guardian Angel when he feels something different in the room. It was like the air became thicker, and had some sort of glow hanging there. In short he felt a non physical presence in the room.
He stood up so excited, and thought: “Yes, this thing of praying to the Guardian Angel, taught by my Godmother, is working”. He ran to the kitchen, where his godmother and mother were talking, to bring the good news.
“Angels don’t exist!” his mother said.
Grace was shocked with the answer, and questioned: “What is the point of teaching me to pray to something that doesn’t exist?” On the other hand his personal experience was telling something quite different and made him reflect: “Where is the truth then, in what others do or say, or in the reality that I am experiencing and sense?”
This was a pivotal moment in Grace’s life, setting the foundation for an inquisitive mind eager to search human and spiritual dimensions, beyond convention means and social accepted perspectives.
A Spiritual Journey
Later, moved by this curiosity Grace travelled around the world, from the Maya pyramids in Tikal (Guatemala) and Mexico, to those in Egypt, adding one more year in India, before going to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, following Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and ending in one of the most sacred shamanic places in Australia: Uluru.
During his stay of several years in Australia he worked as a lecturer for the Icon Institute, training and supervising future professionals in counseling and art therapy, at the same time he had a private practice in Brisbane. Over the last 20 years, He has trained extensively in both spiritual and psychological methodologies and practices, around the world.
